Spa Policy

A few things that make your visit run smoothly.

Opening hours

Monday to Friday, 10am to 8pm.
Weekends, 9am to 4pm.
Closed on public holidays.

Arriving

Please arrive five to ten minutes before your appointment. It gives you time to check in unhurried and settle before we begin. If you arrive late we will do our best, but the treatment may need to be shortened — we hold the room and the therapist for the guest booked after you.

Cancelling or rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Call +65 6817 8888 or message us on WhatsApp at +65 8218 3273. Once an appointment is confirmed we reserve your therapist and room for you, so please let us know as early as you can.

Tell us in advance if you are

Pregnant or breastfeeding.
Using Retin-A, Tazorac, Differin, Roaccutane, or any photosensitising or keratolytic medication.
Managing high blood pressure, or a muscle or joint injury.
Fitted with a pacemaker.
Recently sunburnt, or recovering from a laser treatment or surgery.

None of these automatically rules out a treatment. They change what we recommend — and we would much rather know before you are on the bed than after.

Gift certificates

Available in any amount and redeemable against treatments and retail at SW1 Spa. They do not expire and can be passed on to someone else. They cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded, and we are not able to replace them if lost. Redeemable at SW1 Spa Singapore only.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards and cash in Singapore dollars.

A quiet space

Please keep phones on silent. Our treatments are suitable for guests aged 16 and above, and guests under 18 should be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Your information

We collect and use personal data in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act, solely to deliver your treatment and manage your appointments.
