This base infuses hydration while gently exfoliating, so dead surface cells lift away at the same time as moisture goes in. The result is dewy rather than shiny, and it makes everything layered on top of it work better.

Is this enough on its own?
You need at least one garnish to complete the cocktail. The base prepares the skin; the garnish does the targeted work.
Is it suitable for oily skin?
Yes, if your oily skin is also dehydrated — which is common in air-conditioned offices.
